Our Mission
The mission of the Ali Gerba Foundation is to provide a safe and inspiring space to catalyze change among young people. We strive to be an agent of significant change, using the Mobile Ball as a tool to attract young people from disadvantaged backgrounds into a specialist and enriching training environment.
Our Vision
Our vision is summarized as follows: "Alone we go fast, together we go further. " We aspire to create real and lasting change in the lives of young people. By offering them the opportunity to rub shoulders with high-level athletes who have succeeded in the sporting world, we aim to inspire these young people and educate them to make better life choices.

One of our main challenges, which is also our greatest opportunity, is to create bridges between black communities and the greater metropolitan region. By encouraging young people to come to the Laurentides region, we aim to promote inclusion and integration by also involving local players.
